Return Policy
We will gladly refund or replace your purchased product if you found problem(s) exist in design, material or/and workmanship. Please contact us and describe the problem. After the agreement has been reached, pack the product in its original way and send it back to the sender's address. However, please note the following:

we reserved the rights to determine the cause of the problem;

if there's damage occurred during the transportation, the return will not be proceeded;

if the products were found to be destructed intentionally, such as conducting "reversed engineering", the return will not be proceeded;

the amount of refund will be depending on the used percentage of the product and deduct 15% for the restocking fee.
